ມະຫາໄຊກຸບ ເຕີບໃຫຍ່ມາຈາກຮ້ານຈຳໜ່າຍວັດສະດຸກໍ່ສ້າງ ແລະ ອຸປະກອນກໍ່ສ້າງ ທີ່ຊື່ວ່າ “ຮ້ານ ມະຫາໄຊ ວັດສະດຸ” ທີ່ກໍ່ຕັ້ງເມື່ອວັນທີ 1/01/2006 ເຊິ່ງມີພື້ນທີ່ 200m2 ແລະມີພະນັກງານເລິ່ມຕົ້ນພຽງ 3ຄົນ ຈາກຄວາມມຸ່ງໝັ້ນຕັ້ງໃຈຂອງຜູ້ບໍລິຫານທີ່ຕ້ອງການດຳເນີນທຸລະກິດແບບເປັນກັນເອງກັບລູກຄ້າແລະມຸ່ງເນັ້ນໃນນະໂຍບາຍ “ຂາຍສິນຄ້າຄຸນນະພາບດີ ໃນລາຄາຖືກ ບໍລິການລູກຄ້າດ້ວຍຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບທີ່ດີຕໍ່ລູກຄ້າ” ຕະຫຼອດມາ ເຮັດໃຫ້ຮ້ານນ້ອຍໆເລິ່ມເປັນທີ່ຮູ້ຈັກແລະຂະຫຍາຍຕົວຫຼາຍຂື້ນ

ການໄດ້ຮັບຜົນຕອບຮັບທີ່ດີຈາກລູກຄ້າຫຼາຍຂື້ນເລື້ອຍໆປະກອບກັບທຸລະກິດກໍ່ສ້າງມີການເຕີບໃຫຍ່ຢ່າງຕໍ່ເນື່ອງໃນທຸກໆປີ ເຮັດໃຫ້ໃນວັນທີ 1/01/2009 ຮ້ານມະຫາໄຊ ວັດສະດຸ ໄດ້ຍ້າຍຈາກສະຖານທີ່ເກົ່າມາຕັ້ງຢູ່ທີ່ ກມ.4 ຈາກນັ້ນບໍ່ດົນກໍ່ໄດ້ເປີດສາຂາໃໝ່ອີກແຫ່ງໜຶ່ງທີ່ແຂວງອັດຕະປື ໃນຕົ້ນປີ 2015.

                  ດ້ວຍເປົ້າໝາຍທີ່ຕ້ອງການຕອບສະໜອງຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງລູກຄ້າທີ່ຫຼາກຫຼາຍຂື້ນ ໃນປີ 2015 ຮ້ານມະຫາໄຊ ວັດສະດຸ ໄດ້ປ່ຽນຊື່ເປັນ “ຮ້ານ ໂຮມແມັກ (HOMEMAX)” ແລະໄດ້ປັບໂຄງສ້າງອົງກອນໃໝ່ ພາຍໃຕ້ຊື່ “ມະຫາໄຊກຸບ(MAHAXAY GROUP)” ເພື່ອຮອງຮັບການຂະຫຍາຍຕົວຂອງທຸລະກິດຕໍ່ໄປໃນອະນາຄົດ

                  ມະຫາໄຊກຸບ (MAHAXAY GROUP) ບໍລິຫານໂດຍ ບໍລິສັດມະຫາໄຊ ເທຣດດິ້ງ ຈຳກັດ ປະຈຸບັນມີທຸລະກິດໃນເຄືອດັ່ງ                         ຕໍ່ໄປນີ້:

                  2./   ມະຫາໄຊ ນາໂນບັອກ (MAHAXAY NANO BLOCK) ເພື່ອຜະລິດແລະຈໍາໜ່າຍຄອນກີດບັອກນາໂນ ເຊິ່ງເປັນວັດ                                  ນະກຳໃໝ່ຂອງການກໍ່ສ້າງທີ່ສະດວກ ໄວ ແລະໄດ້ມາດຕະຖານ

                  3./   ມະຫາໄຊ ພັອບເພີຕີ້ (MAHAXAY PROPERTY) ເພື່ອເປັນສູນກາງຂໍ້ມູນການຊື້-ຂາຍທີ່ດິນ ຮັບເໝົາກໍ່ສ້າງ ແລະ                               ພັດທະນາອະສັງຫາລິມະຊັບ

 

                 ເຖິງວ່າ ມະຫາໄຊ ກຸບ ຈະມີການຂະຫຍາຍຕົວແລະປັບໂສມການບໍລິຫານວຽກ ແຕ່ເຮົາຍັງຍຶດໝັ້ນໃນນະໂຍບາຍເກົ່າຕະຫຼອດມາ ແລະກຳລັງຈະກ້າວໄປທາງໜ້າເພື່ອທີ່ຈະສາມາດຕອບສະໜອງຄວາມຕ້ອງການຂອງລູກຄ້າໄດ້ດີຂື້ນ ສ້າງຄຸນຄ່າໃຫ້ກັບສິນຄ້າແລະຍົກລະດັບການໃຫ້ບໍລິການສູງຂື້ນ ເພື່ອກ້າວໄປສູ່ “ການເປັນທີໜຶ່ງໃນໃຈລູກຄ້າ” ໃນອະນາຄົດ.

 

 

 

             MAHAXAY GROUP has grown from a small shop selling materials and construction equipment named "MAHAXAY Construction Supplies”.

             MAHAXAY Construction Supplies was established on January 1st. Since 2006, on an area of 200 square meters and employs started just 3 people with the commitment of the executives who want to do business with a friendly and customer-oriented policy under the slogan "Sell good quality products with cheap prices and service customers with honesty, sincerity and social responsibility". Some time later, this small shop was known and more expansive.

The good feedback from customers including to construction business trend growing steadily every year make this small shop has a quickly growth, so on the 1st January 2009, MAHAXAY Construction Supplies has been moved from original place to the new and bigger shop at the km. 4th (Pakse Branch) and then on early 2015, we decision to open another new shop at Attapeu province.

            Ours new challenge is "To meet the needs of increasingly diverse customers." so in 2015, MAHAXAY Construction Supplies was renamed to "HOMEMAX" by MAHAXAY GROUP to support the business growth expansion in the future.

MAHAXAY GROUP was administered by MAHAXAY Trading Co.,Ltd. and nowadays MAHAXAY GROUP plane to expand to new business line following;

            1./is a construction material supplier, now we have 2 branches at Pakse and Attapeu.

                      MAHAXAY NANO BLOCK produces and sells concrete block from nano technology.

            2./“The NANO BLOCK” is a new construction tools that will improve the construction quality, easy to build and                      cost saving (Labor cost).

            3./MAHAXAY PROPERTY is a center of selling and buying land / house allocated, Contractor, and Real Estate                        Development.

 

            Although we plan to expand and grow, but we also steadfast to the original policy "Sell good quality products with cheap prices and service customers with honesty, sincerity and social responsibility".

In the future we'll improve the quality of goods and service to meet the customer’s satisfaction like our vision that is to say "we will be the 1st in the customer's mind".
